SHIPPING

Australia Post and other freight companies are experiencing delays due to COVID19. The reduction in air freight and passenger flights has impacted their estimated delivery times.  We ask for your patience and understanding if your package is delayed beyond the times listed below. 

Delivery Times (Australia)
Typical delivery times for East Coast Metro areas is between 1-5 business days.
Typical delivery time for West Coast Metro and rural areas is 5-8 business days.

Cut Off Times
Orders before 12 pm are dispatched the same business day. 
Orders after 12 pm are dispatched the following business day.
You will receive an email with shipping information once the order is dispatched.

 

Roll On Magnesium Bottles

Due to the High levels of Magnesium Chloride present in our solutions the gel or liquid can experience slight differences in solidity due to the colder climates. We have made a decision as a company not to reduce the high magnesium levels. Due to this there will be times where the product may require being warmed up to help its flow through the applicator.

- Please place the bottle in a bowl of boiling water for 10-15 minutes and this will allow you to enjoy our fantastic product.

- Please store your bottle in a warm environment above 12 degrees.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds
We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee or your money back. Please contact head office within 30 days of placing your order to request a refund. In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned to MgBody Magnesium with the customer being responsible for necessary shipping costs.
